Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for an Inside Sales Area Manager (Remote - US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for an Inside Sales Area Manager to join our team. This remote position is responsible for expanding and retaining a portfolio of independent and franchise dealerships within a defined territory. You will manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, build trusted relationships, and promote financing solutions in a performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct 70+ outbound calls daily to connect with prospective and existing dealership clients.
  • Drive acquisition by signing 3–5 new dealerships per month while growing relationships with current accounts.
  • Train dealers to effectively use internal tools, such as 'The Fast Lane,' for submitting and managing financing deals.
  • Serve as the dealership's main point of contact, providing expert guidance on finance programs and resolving operational issues.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including credit, funding, titles, and compliance to ensure dealer satisfaction.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service with a strong emphasis on availability and responsiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to simplify complex topics for clients.
  • High energy, self-motivated personality with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong adaptability and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
  • Must be available to work some Saturdays and align with standard Monday–Friday hours.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a high level of productivity and accountability.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Experience in auto finance or dealership environments is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
