Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation (rollouts) of SAP solutions in the SAP SD area within the InPost Group.
- Analysis of business processes in the SAP SD area, identification and recommendation of improvements.
- Designing and configuring the system according to business requirements in the SAP SD area.
- Creating and maintaining functional documentation.
- Preparing functional specifications for implementation with the ABAP development team.
- Resolving functional issues that arise during and after implementation in the SAP SD area.
- Conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Creating training materials and documentation.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of configuration, processes, and user instructions.
- Support in integrations with other modules (FI, MM, CO).
- Support in data migration, integration tests, and UAT.
Requirements
- Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, including implementation and support projects with active configuration of the SD module, for a minimum of 4 years.
- Experience in integrations with external systems.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, FI-CO.
- Education in IT and/or management.
- Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of other languages within the InPost Group is an additional asset (Spanish, French).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
