We are looking for a Development Lead (m/w/d) to be the technical leadership personality for an agile Java development team. You will take responsibility for architecture and design and serve as the crucial interface between Development, Product, and Management.
What You'll Do
- Take technical leadership responsibility for an agile Java development team (Scrum/Kanban).
- Assume architecture and design responsibility for complex, scalable software solutions.
- Act as the interface between Development, Product, and Management – jointly shaping technical roadmaps.
- Provide mentoring and coaching for developers – actively encouraging professional development.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies – being an innovation driver and source of inspiration for the team.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in Java development.
- Initial or solid experience in technical leadership or architectural responsibility.
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) as well as CI/CD pipelines.
- Enthusiasm for clean code, testing, and modern development processes.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a genuine leadership mindset.
Nice to Have
- Ideally experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
