Hatch IT is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain the foundational systems that power our operations. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security across our technical environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions
- Automate deployment, scaling, and management of services
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability
- Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance measures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support their infrastructure needs
- Plan for capacity and lead system upgrades and migrations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or site reliability engineering
- Expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Deep understanding of networking, security, and Linux/Unix systems
- Ability to diagnose complex system and application performance issues
