About the Role

The engineer will be responsible for building and managing scalable infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting development teams with robust tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy cloud-based infrastructure using modern DevOps practices
  • Maintain system uptime and performance under variable workloads
  • Automate provisioning and configuration management workflows
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize application deployment processes
  • Monitor system health and respond to incidents promptly
  • Implement security best practices across infrastructure layers
  • Manage containerized environments and orchestration systems
  • Support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
  • Troubleshoot network and system-level issues
  • Document architecture decisions and operational procedures
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and operational standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems
  • Scale infrastructure in response to product growth
  • Optimize resource usage to control cloud spending
  • Work closely with security teams to enforce policies
  • Improve observability through logging and monitoring tools
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution
  • Contribute to post-mortem analyses after incidents
  • Support global service availability across multiple regions
  • Refactor legacy systems for improved maintainability
  • Promote infrastructure-as-code principles across teams
  • Coordinate with product teams during feature rollouts
  • Ensure consistent environments across development, testing, and production
  • Drive improvements in deployment reliability and speed
