Responsibilities
- Design and deploy GPU and ASIC-based compute infrastructure across server, rack, and system tiers.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced failures in GPU and compute hardware systems.
- Build and sustain services for managing hardware and firmware components.
- Automate server provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning workflows.
- Manage the full compute hardware lifecycle, including coordination with vendors for returns and replacements.
- Act as the primary escalation contact for hardware-level issues and troubleshooting.
- Track system performance metrics, detect bottlenecks, and implement fixes.
- Streamline deployment and operational tasks through automation to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with storage and networking teams to align infrastructure operations.
