Responsibilities
- Enable internal teams by developing shared engineering tools and services that support their objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify needs and deliver tailored technical solutions from start to finish.
- Partner directly with customer-facing teams to enhance their effectiveness and streamline daily operations.
- Work closely with product engineering to gather and process data critical for strategic business insights.
- Enhance system visibility by integrating metrics, logging, alerting, and telemetry systems.
- Design and implement optimizations for continuous deployment workflows.
- Manage cloud infrastructure through code-based configurations and automated provisioning.
- Coordinate with engineering groups to develop scalable, cross-functional infrastructure solutions.
- Automate update processes for virtual machines and managed cloud services.
- Join a team of engineers focused on designing, testing, documenting, and maintaining core software systems.
- Take full ownership of production services by ensuring observability, responding to incidents, and handling escalated support issues.
- Evaluate and optimize system performance, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
