Responsibilities
- Configure and administer the Pro-Watch access control platform for issuing identification credentials.
- Carry out badging procedures following established policies, standards, and protocols, including managing proximity cards and related systems.
- Verify and validate data integrity and product quality across systems and outputs.
- Produce ID badges through print operations and manage the physical deployment and removal of badging stations.
- Support customers professionally and courteously during badging processes.
- Design and map Pro-Watch data fields to corresponding badge elements and analyze data for project success.
- Analyze data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and system consistency.
- Follow strict security protocols consistently and report any issues related to ID credentials.
- Keep leadership informed about challenges with identification systems and suggest corrective actions.
- Deliver regular productivity reports to management on daily and weekly bases.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the program manager.
