Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for computer systems and software applications.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in person, over the phone, or remotely.
- Set up, adjust, and repair computer hardware and software components.
- Instruct users on how to operate newly implemented or updated equipment and software.
- Consult technical documentation, engage with users, and perform research to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Escalate complex hardware or software issues to vendors or specialized technicians when necessary.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training, including client-specific requirements for certification by The Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services or other regulatory agencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, beyond those explicitly listed.

- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required for effective communication.
