Too Good To Go is hiring an Infor M3 Functional Finance Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and functional liaison between the corporate finance unit and product or technology departments.
  • Work closely with product owners, project managers, and external consultants to assess current financial workflows and pinpoint opportunities for system improvements in Infor M3.
  • Offer functional guidance to inform strategic decisions on how new business models, regional expansions, or operational changes affect financial reporting and system settings.
  • Perform hands-on configuration tasks in the Infor M3 Finance module, including setting up accounting rules, parameter matrices, financial layouts, and user-specific views aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee the functional design and ongoing optimization of financial ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, and cost accounting structures.
  • Develop functional requirements for financial reporting and analytics, working with internal developers and external partners to implement reliable dashboards and compliance reports.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of how related modules such as procurement, warehousing, and supply chain impact financial data flows into the Finance module.
  • Ensure supply chain operations correctly generate accurate financial entries that post seamlessly to the general ledger without errors.
  • Detect, assess, and resolve inefficiencies or breakdowns where operational processes fail to meet downstream financial reporting needs.
  • Provide advanced functional support to finance super users, helping resolve complex reconciliation issues, system errors, and challenges during period-end closings.
  • Create comprehensive functional documentation, process flow diagrams, and training materials to prepare finance teams for system updates or procedural changes.
