- Lead virtual one-on-one coaching sessions with learners
- Share personal experiences related to professional journey and current industry landscape
- Assist learners in exploring educational and vocational opportunities
- Support and inspire individuals in selecting appropriate academic directions
- Deliver clear, truthful, and interactive career guidance
