About the Role
Drive strategic sourcing and procurement excellence for indirect categories by managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-saving initiatives across technology, marketing, facilities, and professional services.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy for non-direct spend categories including IT, marketing, facilities, and professional services
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance throughout the lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand procurement needs
- Implement procurement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality
- Manage procurement processes from requisition to purchase order issuance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Leverage data analytics to inform sourcing decisions and track KPIs
- Support digital transformation of procurement systems and tools
- Lead cross-functional projects related to vendor onboarding and risk management
- Develop category management plans aligned with business priorities
- Promote sustainable and responsible sourcing practices
- Monitor market trends to anticipate supply risks and opportunities
- Standardize procurement templates and workflows across teams
- Train and guide internal teams on procurement policies and tools
- Manage supplier diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Conduct regular supplier reviews and performance assessments
- Support audits and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Align procurement activities with company growth and operational scale
