Responsibilities
- Verify and process incoming and outgoing invoices according to established accounting policies and standards
- Assist in recording financial activities related to local and cross-border trade, including imports, intra-EU transactions, and exports
- Organize and prepare financial records and supporting materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and key balance sheet items
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation, including shipping, customs, and warehouse records
- Facilitate the processing of rebates, adjustments, freight charges, import duties, and other transactional costs
- Collaborate with an external accounting provider handling legal financial reporting and tax compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and trade finance to maintain reliable data flow
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of financial and operational documents
- Contribute to reporting activities by providing precise and timely financial information
