Meadow was looking for an Inbound Sales Representative (Remote)

Meadow is hiring a remote Inbound Sales Representative to guide families through a meaningful transition. In this role, you will manage warm leads through consultative, empathetic conversations, helping families understand their cremation options from first contact to close.

What You'll Do

  • Guide conversations from first call to close
  • Answer calls from families seeking information and guidance on cremation options
  • Provide consultative support that helps families understand their choices
  • Hit or exceed a 50% close rate through thoughtful, empathetic conversations
  • Balance efficient process management with personalized care
  • Follow up consistently to ensure families have what they need to make confident decisions
  • Manage your pipeline independently and never miss a follow-up

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably to US consumers (B2C)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Self-driven natural seller motivated by hitting goals and creating value
  • Confident and empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others, especially over the phone
  • Able to explain things clearly, speak with care, and listen with intention
  • Emotionally steady, highly coachable, and effective working independently
  • Motivated by meaningful work as much as by metrics

Nice to Have

  • Spanish is a strong plus
