About the Role

The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, guide prospects through the sales process, and close deals to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries from various channels including phone and digital platforms
  • Guide potential customers through product offerings and service details
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs during initial interactions
  • Advance prospects through the sales pipeline efficiently
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and clarity
  • Follow company sales methodology and best practices
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage customer relationships
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse customer backgrounds
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing customer feedback
  • Uphold brand standards during all customer engagements
  • Work within defined sales processes while identifying improvement opportunities
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability in remote work schedule
  • Contribute to team goals through consistent performance
  • Respond promptly to internal communications and requests
  • Demonstrate accountability for individual results
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Support onboarding of new team members when needed
