Lead and develop a growing team of implementation specialists based in Tokyo, responsible for delivering secure, scalable onboarding of Keeper’s SaaS solutions across the APAC region. Guide clients from initial deployment through expansion, tailoring configurations to meet unique business and security requirements while ensuring alignment with best practices in identity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery within scope
- Customize deployments to fit client environments, integrating with platforms such as Okta and Azure AD
- Provide hands-on technical leadership during complex rollouts and serve as escalation point for critical issues
- Mentor and train team members, supporting professional growth and consistent service quality
- Document configurations, client-specific setups, and communication to maintain clarity across engagements
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and influence roadmap improvements
- Refine implementation playbooks and internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders in both Japanese and English, providing clear project updates and risk assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical consulting, including at least one year in a leadership capacity
- Fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and integration with identity providers
- Solid experience managing client-facing technical projects in global environments
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead across time zones and cultures
