Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients, from initial meeting to live deployment.
- Customize platform settings to meet client requirements, including product management workflows, content enrichment, publishing pipelines, order processing rules, automation logic, and data synchronization.
- Develop tailored implementation plans with emphasis on intricate system design and advanced configuration setups.
- Apply technical expertise to analyze, interpret, and organize complex digital ecosystems; familiarity with programming concepts is beneficial.
- Assist in configuring external system connections such as ERPs, PIMs, content management platforms, online marketplaces, shipping carriers, and payment gateways.
- Establish data transfer protocols, define business logic mappings, and conduct integration tests and functional checks for third-party systems.
- Serve as the primary technical and functional contact for clients during implementation and post-launch phases.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to support technical discussions during the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client requirements and influence product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new clients on Base., from kick-off to operational launch.
- Configure and set up Base. according to client needs, including: - product workflows (management, enrichment, publishing), - order workflows (business rules, automations, synchronizations).
- Design and implement custom solutions with a strong focus on complex system architecture and advanced configurations.
- Demonstrate a strong technical mindset and ability to understand and structure complex systems (basic coding knowledge is a plus).
- Support the setup of external integrations (ERP, PIM, CMS, marketplaces, carriers, payment solutions…), including: - data exchange setup, - business mappings, - integration testing and functional validation.
- Provide ongoing client support, acting as the technical and functional point of contact during the project and after deployment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support the technical sales cycle.
- Work with Product and Tech teams to relay client needs and contribute to the evolution of Base.
- Document, optimize, and standardize implementation processes.
