PhillyTech.Co is hiring an Implementation & Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end technical configuration of the platform for new clients, including setup in Everflow and integration with Shopify.
  • Independently identify, diagnose, and explain root causes of tracking and integration problems, escalating to engineering only when required.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process from contract signing to live deployment, ensuring tracking accuracy and seamless system integration.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions during sales transition and convert business requirements into functional system settings.
  • Manage technical client requests and issues from initiation to resolution with efficiency and clear communication.
  • Investigate and resolve tracking, integration, and reporting issues using tools like Chrome DevTools, Postman, or similar API testing software.
  • Implement business-led changes such as updates to commission structures, new feature rollouts, and system configuration adjustments.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and troubleshooting resources for common technical workflows.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, delivering solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to define scope and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Identify recurring technical challenges and opportunities for automation to enhance platform performance and client experience.
