About the Role
The individual in this position will manage end-to-end implementation processes for new clients in the distribution sector, guiding them from onboarding through to full operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of technology solutions for distribution partners
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across client and internal teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation phases
- Translate client requirements into actionable project plans
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Ensure integration with existing client systems is seamless
- Conduct training sessions for client personnel
- Identify and resolve roadblocks during deployment
- Maintain documentation for all implementation activities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical needs
- Gather feedback to improve deployment processes
- Support client testing and validation phases
- Manage change requests during implementation
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Drive adoption through proactive client engagement
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope
- Develop onboarding checklists tailored to client needs
- Track key performance indicators during rollout
- Escalate risks and issues to leadership when necessary
- Facilitate communication between departments and clients
- Ensure data migration processes meet accuracy standards
- Provide status updates to internal and external parties
- Align implementation goals with client business objectives
- Support post-go-live stabilization efforts
- Contribute to refining implementation methodologies
Nice to Have

- Experience with SaaS platforms in logistics or distribution
