Augment is hiring an Implementation Manager (Distribution)

About the Role

The individual in this position will manage end-to-end implementation processes for new clients in the distribution sector, guiding them from onboarding through to full operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of technology solutions for distribution partners
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across client and internal teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation phases
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project plans
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Ensure integration with existing client systems is seamless
  • Conduct training sessions for client personnel
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks during deployment
  • Maintain documentation for all implementation activities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical needs
  • Gather feedback to improve deployment processes
  • Support client testing and validation phases
  • Manage change requests during implementation
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Drive adoption through proactive client engagement
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope
  • Develop onboarding checklists tailored to client needs
  • Track key performance indicators during rollout
  • Escalate risks and issues to leadership when necessary
  • Facilitate communication between departments and clients
  • Ensure data migration processes meet accuracy standards
  • Provide status updates to internal and external parties
  • Align implementation goals with client business objectives
  • Support post-go-live stabilization efforts
  • Contribute to refining implementation methodologies

Nice to Have

  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Experience with SaaS platforms in logistics or distribution
  • Familiarity with API integrations
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Background in technical support or systems analysis
  • Experience in retail or wholesale distribution sectors

  • Prior success in client-facing technical roles
