About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding new customers through the setup and launch process, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and successful adoption of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding projects for new clients from kickoff to go-live
- Develop and manage project timelines and implementation schedules
- Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and product
- Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training for client teams
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
- Ensure all technical and configuration tasks are completed on time
- Verify client readiness for system launch
- Coordinate data migration and integration activities
- Document client configurations and implementation details
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
- Support change management processes during deployment
- Gather and confirm client acceptance at key milestones
- Troubleshoot early-stage usage issues
- Ensure adherence to internal implementation methodologies
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client onboarding experiences
- Track implementation metrics and report on performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
- Assist in refining implementation processes for scalability
