About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support clients during deployment of network connectivity tools
- Diagnose and resolve configuration issues in diverse environments
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams to escalate technical problems
- Document implementation processes and common troubleshooting steps
- Assist in onboarding new users to the platform
- Analyze customer environments to recommend optimal setups
- Provide technical guidance for firewall, NAT, and routing configurations
- Monitor post-deployment performance and stability
- Respond to time-sensitive implementation blockers
- Translate product features into practical customer solutions
- Work with cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Guide customers through identity provider integrations
- Explain technical trade-offs in accessible language
- Identify patterns in customer issues to improve documentation
- Assist in testing edge cases for compatibility
- Maintain awareness of networking security best practices
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent issues
- Validate connectivity across complex network topologies
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies
- Advocate for customer needs within product teams
- Track implementation success metrics
- Deliver post-mortems for failed deployments
- Assist in developing automation scripts for setup workflows
