Lightcast is hiring an Implementation Enablement Associate to play a crucial role in supporting our client implementation processes and enhancing service delivery. You will be a key contributor to ensuring our clients successfully onboard and derive value from our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution and coordination of client implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and documentation.
