Achievers was looking for an Implementation Consultant

Achievers is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Operations – Professional Services team. You will play a key role in deploying our solutions for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation of Achievers' solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Partner with Customer Success and other teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Configure and customize platform features to meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Document processes and contribute to best practices within the Professional Services team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or project management role.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.

Work Mode

This position is based on a hybrid work model and requires you to be located in Melbourne.
