Responsibilities
- Manage commercial implementation projects using established project management best practices.
- Lead efforts in developing and launching solution applications and platforms, including defining clear project plans and expectations for technical work.
- Deliver consulting and technical guidance to design efficient implementation strategies.
- Track progress and customer input, providing regular updates and milestone reports to internal and external stakeholders through scheduled meetings and reports.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk mitigation strategies and issue tracking, to improve communication.
- Coordinate customer interactions, working with leadership and account teams to handle escalations and resolve problems.
- Utilize all required internal and external implementation documents and forms effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement and apply recommendations to enhance service quality or operational efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, manage personal assignments, and proactively address challenges to meet deadlines.
- Accurately document project progress in a CRM system.
