Responsibilities
- Provide development, configuration, and customization support for IFS systems
- Manage IFS environments with tasks including updates, patch management, and performance tuning
- Enhance and maintain built-in and custom IFS features across business modules
- Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues in the IFS platform
- Support integration efforts, data exchange processes, and technical enhancements
- Collaborate with IT/IS leaders and business teams to define priorities and design solutions
- Orchestrate technical modifications, system deployments, and platform upgrades
- Record system configurations, custom code, integrations, and technical procedures
- Engage in initiatives focused on continuous improvement and system efficiency
