Wing Assistant is hiring a Hybrid General Virtual Assistant - PH

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and categorize digital files and records systematically.
  • Perform data entry tasks including lead list creation, meeting minutes preparation, audio transcription, payroll documentation, and research organization.
  • Investigate product options, make purchases, and obtain sample items as needed.
  • Manage, update, and retrieve data for marketing and sales initiatives using a CRM platform.
  • Generate and distribute invoices or statements, monitor payment status, and log business expenses.
  • Collect market trends, industry benchmarks, and public data to compile analytical reports.
  • Track project progress, facilitate internal coordination, and manage company information.
  • Manage team scheduling, resolve time conflicts, and ensure client readiness for meetings.
  • Plan travel schedules, reserve accommodations, and arrange transportation such as rental vehicles.
  • Handle incoming calls, relay messages, schedule appointments, and conduct information gathering via phone.
  • Manage email correspondence, respond to messages, maintain inbox organization per client guidelines, and flag critical emails.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
