Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and text messages from tenants regarding maintenance issues, rent payments, and late notices
- Assist tenants with accessing their online portals and submitting maintenance requests
- Arrange property viewing appointments and collaborate with internal team members for coordination
- Perform data input and oversee communication tracking using Rent Manager software
- Reply to prospective tenant inquiries on Zillow and similar rental listing sites
- Oversee messaging and notifications on Airbnb and Pad Split platforms
