Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and detect early signs of equipment issues to ensure consistent system performance
- Accurately assess and fix malfunctions across various HVAC systems
- Collaborate with suppliers to confirm correct part specifications for repairs
- Explain technical issues clearly to clients and recommend effective resolutions
- Submit daily logs and service documentation promptly
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors
