Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Collaborate in a two-person crew that includes an Install Apprentice
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and deliver excellent customer service
- Complete installation projects within designated time schedules
- Accurately record installation details, equipment specifications, and system changes in company software such as Service Titan
- Work cooperatively with the Install Apprentice and other team members
- Arrive punctually at job sites and customer appointments
