Responsibilities
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Receive, inspect, and load all necessary tools and materials for each service assignment.
- Provide warranty support for HVAC systems, including diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and replacing faulty components.
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with team members and supervisors.
- Accurately complete all required documentation for each job performed.
- Keep assigned company vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Carry out all duties efficiently and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned or as required by operational needs.
- Adapt to changing work schedules and assignments based on departmental demands.
- Present oneself in a professional manner, demonstrating integrity, respect, and discretion.
- Meet physical demands such as lifting up to 70 pounds, standing, bending, reaching, and traveling to job sites.

Compensation
$20 - $30/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives

- Hourly pay rate of $20 to $30 based on experience with added performance incentives.
- First shift hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Standard 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday.
- On-call availability required.
- Overtime may be necessary.
- Weekend work as needed.
- Year-round employment with consistent workload.
- Supplemental compensation includes commission, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience required.
- Work primarily conducted on-site at various locations.
- Annual $400 allowance for work boots and pants.
- Access to training at the Service Professionals Academy & Resources Center.
- Annual performance evaluations conducted.
- Use of a clean, fully stocked company truck equipped for service calls.
