Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot building management systems for optimal functionality

- Respond to system alerts and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of control system configurations
- Conduct routine testing and preventive maintenance on control panels
- Collaborate with engineers during system design and retrofit projects
- Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards and building codes
- Provide technical support during equipment installations
- Diagnose communication failures within control networks
- Implement software updates for control system platforms
- Assist in energy management initiatives using system data
- Train operations staff on control system interfaces
- Evaluate system performance using trend logs and analytics
- Coordinate with contractors during system upgrades
- Develop sequences of operation for control logic
- Verify sensor accuracy and replace faulty components
- Support after-hours emergency response as needed
