Role Overview
This position serves as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to human resources, providing consistent support across day-to-day operations. The coordinator ensures employee records are accurate and maintained securely in both digital and physical formats, supporting compliance and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for employee questions and direct them to appropriate tools, platforms, or personnel
- Maintain comprehensive and current personnel files using HRIS systems and secure filing practices
- Support hiring efforts by preparing onboarding documentation, scheduling orientations, and setting up new employee records
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on retention strategies, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Generate HR-related reports and data summaries for leadership review
- Perform routine administrative duties including document preparation, mail distribution, and digital organization
- Participate in training programs and special projects as needed
- Assist with ongoing improvement of HR processes using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in an administrative or HR support role with direct employee interaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and propose practical solutions
- Adaptable learner committed to continuous development
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay ranges from $19.57 to $26.00, with additional compensation available through overtime, shift differentials, and on-call assignments.
