Role Overview

This position serves as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to human resources, providing consistent support across day-to-day operations. The coordinator ensures employee records are accurate and maintained securely in both digital and physical formats, supporting compliance and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial contact for employee questions and direct them to appropriate tools, platforms, or personnel
  • Maintain comprehensive and current personnel files using HRIS systems and secure filing practices
  • Support hiring efforts by preparing onboarding documentation, scheduling orientations, and setting up new employee records
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on retention strategies, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Generate HR-related reports and data summaries for leadership review
  • Perform routine administrative duties including document preparation, mail distribution, and digital organization
  • Participate in training programs and special projects as needed
  • Assist with ongoing improvement of HR processes using data-driven insights

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years in an administrative or HR support role with direct employee interaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and propose practical solutions
  • Adaptable learner committed to continuous development

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $19.57 to $26.00, with additional compensation available through overtime, shift differentials, and on-call assignments.
