Responsibilities
- Act as the main HubSpot specialist for clients, deploying and refining tools across marketing, sales, and service platforms.
- Oversee client onboarding, CRM setup, workflow automation, campaign creation, and reporting structures in Hub7.
- Lead web design and development initiatives from initiation to deployment, ensuring they meet client goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, offering strategic direction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Establish project parameters, including scope, schedules, outputs, and stakeholder coordination for effective delivery.
- Work with internal teams in marketing, strategy, and development to provide unified digital implementations.
- Ensure seamless integration between websites and HubSpot, covering forms, tracking, lead lifecycle, routing, and automation.
- Continuously identify areas for process enhancement, automation upgrades, and performance gains.
- Maintain strong organizational and prioritization abilities while managing multiple concurrent projects.
