About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's use of HubSpot CRM, ensuring that sales and marketing teams can operate efficiently through well-structured data, automation, and reporting tools tailored to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CRM strategies using HubSpot to support business growth
- Configure and maintain HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation rules
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and cleansing processes
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM functionality with goals
- Develop custom reporting dashboards to track KPIs and user adoption
- Lead onboarding and training for new HubSpot users across departments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system support
- Map customer journeys and optimize touchpoints within HubSpot
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and data sources
- Maintain documentation for CRM processes, configurations, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations using automation
- Monitor system performance and recommend scalability improvements
- Support migration of legacy data into HubSpot with minimal disruption
- Enforce user permission structures and data security protocols
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to guide CRM enhancements
- Stay current with HubSpot updates, features, and certification paths
- Assist in campaign execution and lead lifecycle management
- Validate form submissions and landing page integrations
- Track lead sources and attribution models within the platform
