Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior-level HubSpot CRM Architect to lead a one-time, full lifecycle implementation. The ideal candidate will design and configure a unified HubSpot environment spanning CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs, ensuring it supports real-world business processes from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall HubSpot architecture, including data models, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and custom objects
- Configure automation workflows, lead scoring, routing logic, and lifecycle management
- Integrate HubSpot with existing systems using native connectors or middleware
- Lead data migration efforts, including cleanup, transformation, and validation
- Develop dashboards and reports for both operational teams and leadership review
- Document system design, configuration choices, and integration logic
- Ensure the final environment is stable, scalable, and ready for ongoing use
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform setup with actual business workflows
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading full HubSpot deployments from discovery to handoff
- Deep understanding of HubSpot’s data architecture and object relationships
- Experience building complex workflows, automation sequences, and lead management rules
- Background in connecting HubSpot to third-party tools via APIs or integration platforms
- Hands-on ability to manage data imports, deduplication, and quality assurance
- Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working directly with clients or internal business units in a consulting capacity
Preferred Qualifications
- Official HubSpot certifications in relevant tracks
- Prior work in Revenue Operations or Go-to-Market operations
- Experience supporting B2B, B2C, or mixed sales models
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Make or Zapier
- Background creating executive-facing reports and performance dashboards
