Family Health International (FHI 360) is hiring a HRIS Specialist II

Responsibilities

  • Support various HR functions including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Performance, as well as core processes such as job changes, terminations, and leave management.
  • Configure and manage Workday settings, including business processes, workflows, and security protocols.
  • Act as the primary contact for Workday support, guiding users on navigation, transactions, and reporting features.
  • Perform routine audits and data maintenance to uphold data accuracy and integrity across all Workday modules.
  • Develop and deliver advanced reports and interactive dashboards using Workday reporting capabilities.
  • Analyze HR data related to employment, compensation, job classifications, and benefits, ensuring precision and confidentiality.
  • Produce and maintain instructional materials such as job aids, training videos, and user communications.
  • Deliver training sessions for HR staff and end-users on system functionality and optimal usage practices.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline HRIS processes and enhance user experience.
  • Participate in testing, system upgrades, and deployment of new Workday features and enhancements.
  • Support special projects as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, workflows and security.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Workday including navigation, transactions and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits and system clean-up to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Workday modules.
  • Build and deliver advanced reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
  • Conduct data analysis on HR data such as employment, compensation, classifications, and/or benefits data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Create and maintain job aids, training videos, and user communications.
  • Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and improve the user experience.
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancement rollouts.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
