As an HR Transformation & HR Cloud Advisory Consultant, you will lead large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud initiatives, helping organizations modernize HR through digital innovation. Your role centers on reimagining the employee lifecycle from hire to retire by integrating AI-powered tools, cloud platforms, and future-ready HR operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HCM cloud transformations, from strategy and design to implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align HR technology with business objectives
- Advise on HR cloud capabilities, configuration, and process innovation using platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SuccessFactors
- Design future-state HR operating models, workforce strategies, and experience-driven processes enhanced by AI accelerators
- Conduct readiness assessments, vendor evaluations, and HR IT landscape planning
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define use cases, and deliver actionable transformation roadmaps
- Support talent marketplace design, skill-based organization models, and learning agility frameworks
- Lead diverse teams, mentor junior consultants, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, proposal development, and go-to-market initiatives
- Apply expertise in automation, GenAI, and workflow tools to streamline HR service delivery
Qualifications & Experience
You bring 5–10 years of experience in HR transformation, with deep knowledge of cloud HCM platforms and digital HR innovation. Senior roles require leadership in multi-country, complex implementations. Fluency in English and a native-level command of German are essential, along with proven skills in stakeholder engagement, agile and waterfall delivery, and HR process design.
Preferred candidates hold certifications in major HCM platforms and have hands-on experience with AI, automation, and HR service delivery tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce. You are adept at translating employee experience needs into scalable digital solutions and thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments.
