About the Role

The role involves delivering high-quality HR support to clients, interpreting employment legislation, managing queries, and ensuring accurate and compliant resolution of issues. The consultant will work closely with internal teams and clients to maintain service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate HR advice in line with current UK employment law
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email within service level agreements
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes affecting HR practices
  • Document case interactions and outcomes in the company system
  • Escalate high-risk cases to senior advisors when necessary
  • Support clients with drafting HR documentation such as letters and policies
  • Ensure consistent application of processes across all support cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support workflows
  • Contribute to knowledge base development for common HR queries
  • Monitor case load and prioritize urgent matters effectively
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance HR expertise
  • Provide feedback on product-related HR challenges
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to the platform
  • Track metrics related to case resolution and client satisfaction
  • Work within compliance frameworks to minimize organizational risk
  • Support the implementation of HR best practices for clients
  • Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse client needs
  • Promote a positive client experience through proactive support
  • Identify trends in HR queries to inform service improvements
  • Follow internal escalation procedures for unresolved issues
  • Maintain professional standards in all client interactions
  • Support continuous improvement of HR service delivery
