- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate employment contract updates and renewals

- Support internal communication of HR initiatives
- Facilitate employee documentation collection and verification
- Work with managers on performance review processes
- Track training completion and professional development records
- Assist in organizing company culture and engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all HR matters
- Collaborate with external partners on benefits administration
- Monitor HR metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Provide administrative support during recruitment cycles
