The HR Specialist will play a key role in advancing human resources initiatives across Consumer Operations, delivering strategic support in areas such as reward, talent development, employee relations, and cultural engagement. This position works closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to align people plans with broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational subfunctions to implement tailored people strategies in line with enterprise-wide HR objectives
- Assist in organizational design and lead change execution, including integration efforts and structural transitions
- Support budgeting and employment cost forecasting with data-driven insights
- Manage employee relations matters and TUPE-related processes, ensuring compliance and operational stability
- Coordinate HR frameworks across teams to ensure consistency and impact
- Promote inclusive practices and contribute to cultural transformation initiatives
- Engage with Centres of Expertise to standardize policies and strengthen HR delivery
- Support strategic workforce planning and talent development programs
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring prior experience in an HR partnering capacity, with a strong grasp of employee relations and experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving settings, balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
A CIPD qualification or progress toward one is preferred. Familiarity with using analytics to shape HR insights will be an advantage.
Work Environment and Benefits
