Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions in 1C: ZUP
- Maintain accurate filing of HR documentation and support audit activities
- Coordinate with external vendors on insurance, and learning-related topics
- Ensure seamless execution of HR operations processes (On & Off boarding, Employee Life Cycle support) in compliance with Kazakhstan labor law
- Ensure timely and accurate communication, payroll and labor processes
- Develop a strong working relationship with the HR community through proactive facilitation & improvement of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of Kazakh labor laws and local regulations, including shift work requirements
- Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to global teams, management, and remote employees
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, independent, and quick learner
Nice to Have
- Preferred hands-on experience with HR systems such as 1C: ZUP
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP); Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with local government HR portals is a plus
