Responsibilities
- Advise on learning and performance technology features and deliver practical, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements
- Guide and oversee business unit administrators as part of a centralized support structure
- Evaluate and validate updates from SaaS providers to maximize return on technology investments
- Collaborate with IT to design scalable, forward-thinking solutions that support learning and performance strategies
- Assist HR in implementing employee lifecycle programs through digital platforms
- Develop cross-functional partnerships to gather business and learner feedback for integration into talent and inclusion strategies
- Engage with stakeholders and HR teams to understand regional requirements, co-design solutions, and embed learning into employee experiences
- Monitor industry developments and apply proven practices to enhance content engagement and effectiveness
- Recognize gaps in learning offerings and help shape future initiatives to address them
- Support the evaluation and governance framework for sub-administrator technology use
- Analyze system updates and advise on optimal deployment methods for platforms and users
- Lead cross-departmental projects that advance enterprise-wide learning objectives
- Design learning experiences that connect with career growth, performance, and talent review processes
- Champion a contemporary learning culture that emphasizes unified, accessible, and continuous development
