Responsibilities
- Manages unemployment claims and represents the company during related hearings.
- Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations including ADA, FMLA, and EEOC; tracks legal updates affecting human resources practices.
- Develops, communicates, and enforces employee policies across the organization.
- Handles processing and maintenance of employee documentation.
- Supports human resources initiatives and participates in project execution.
- Administers sick pay by processing requests and verifying eligibility.
- Completes and updates HR records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Addresses employee relations concerns; carries out disciplinary actions and termination procedures as directed.
- Prepares, organizes, and maintains personnel records and transaction reports; upholds integrity of HR information systems.
- Designs, reviews, and improves departmental reporting tools and performance metrics; suggests process enhancements.
- Leads local administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and open enrollment communications.
- Maintains high accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Performs routine office duties such as answering calls and organizing files.
- Upholds strict confidentiality standards at all times.
- Handles extensive filing responsibilities.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned by management.

- Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 04:30 to 13:30.
- Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
