Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee data in HRIS and related systems, ensuring information is accurate, secure, and compliant with applicable laws.
- Develop and maintain documentation, databases, and automated reports to support employee data management, organizational planning, and reporting needs.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in all HR policies and operational procedures.
- Serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries, offering clear direction on company policies and processes.
- Organize and manage documentation for new hires, onboarding materials, benefits enrollment, and offboarding procedures.
- Identify areas for improving HR workflows and expand self-service capabilities for employees.
- Assist with or lead temporary HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
