Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to understand team goals and challenges, offering ongoing advice on organizational structure, performance, and team interactions while coaching leaders to enhance their management capabilities.
- Handle individual employee matters—including performance, career growth, restructuring, retention, and conflict—with empathy and consistency, ensuring decisions reflect organizational values and strategic direction.
- Support key HR processes such as performance evaluations, compensation planning, and talent assessment by ensuring accurate execution, insightful analysis, and ongoing refinement.
- Lead cross-functional people initiatives in areas like engagement, feedback practices, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, working closely with the broader HR team.
- Use data and innovative approaches to improve HR efficiency and support better decision-making across the organization.
- Examine workforce metrics to detect patterns, foresee potential issues, and recommend automation or process changes that enhance scalability and effectiveness, translating insights into actionable improvements.
