Finni Health was looking for a HR Associate

Open Doors ABA is looking for an HR Associate to provide administrative and operational support to our Human Resources team. You'll play a key role in supporting our employees in a fast-paced behavioral health services company, making this an ideal opportunity for someone beginning their HR career.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately process and maintain employee records, including data entry for new hires, terminations, and changes.
  • Assist with the administrative aspects of onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees.
  • Support routine benefits administration tasks, such as assisting with enrollment inquiries and data updates.
  • Help ensure all necessary compliance-related documentation is filed and maintained accurately.
  • Perform high-volume data entry into HRIS and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Regularly update and maintain employee information in our HRIS and other HR tools.
  • Assist in generating basic HR reports and compiling data as requested.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within an HR or office environment. Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage repetitive tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and a strong aptitude for learning new HR systems quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with an HRIS (e.g., Rippling).
  • Prior experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, or time-tracking systems.
  • Prior exposure to state registration and compliance-related documentation.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or fast-moving company.
  • Interest in the autism care industry or mission-driven technology companies.
