Responsibilities
- Lead the People function’s AI strategy, driving AI fluency, responsible use, and widespread adoption across all HR teams.
- Build and maintain a People AI roadmap spanning foundational automation through to advanced agentic AI.
- Champion the integration of AI across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Partnering, L&D, and Employee Experience.
- Partner with our Centres of Excellence (COEs) to weave AI into critical HR processes, improving accuracy, speed, and decision quality.
- Collaborate closely with ATS, HCM, and LMS teams to ensure AI solutions integrate seamlessly with Endava’s HR technology stack.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact use cases that elevate the HR operating model and unlock new ways of working.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide work redesign initiatives that help our people thrive in an AI-first world.
- Shape how AI influences job architecture, skills frameworks, capability development, and career pathways.
- Ensure that AI adoption is human-centred, ethical, and aligned with Endava’s culture and values.
- Translate HR and business needs into clear functional requirements for AI tools and integrations.
- Lead functional testing, quality checks, and UAT for all AI-enabled features.
- Partner with Legal, Data Governance, and Security teams to ensure compliance, safety, fairness, and responsible use of AI.
- Scan the market for emerging AI practices and apply them to elevate HR effectiveness.
- Measure the impact of AI initiatives with clear KPIs, using insights to refine processes and enhance user experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on AI trends, risks, and opportunities.
