Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for employee inquiries related to HR, referring complex issues to appropriate personnel
- Keep employee data current and accurate in the HR information system, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to data privacy laws such as GDPR
- Manage employment documentation, including contracts and exit paperwork
- Assist in organizing smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees
- Facilitate probation evaluations, contract extensions, and updates to employment status
- Offer direction on company HR policies, standard procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure correct and timely payroll processing
- Assist with HR audits, internal assessments, and legal reporting obligations
