The WFS Group was looking for a High Ticket Sales Closer - Remote

This is a remote, full-time independent contractor role for a High Ticket Sales Closer at The WFS Group. The closer will handle inbound leads from high-performing marketing campaigns, use a proprietary sales framework to guide prospects through the sales process, and close high-value deals averaging $10,000–$15,000 with a short 10–14 day sales cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming the content in the sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to take leads through the sales process (training provided).
  • Engage in deep question led discovery dialogue to identity challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need, desire, & urgency for WFS products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads, using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals, objectives, and dominant buying motives.
  • Utilize WFS sales material & tools to deliver persuasive sales presentations via zoom that speak to core desires, highlighting the key benefits and value of WFS products and services.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities, including lead management, follow-up, and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
  • Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high performance culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years of previous experience in high ticket sales or consultative sales process, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year with a competitive commission structure; independent contractor (1099) role.
