This role is responsible for advancing the commercial success of hematology therapies within a designated territory centered in Cleveland, OH. As a key field representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, delivering scientifically accurate, on-label information about therapeutic offerings and supporting appropriate clinical use in alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic marketing plans to drive demand and expand product reach within the territory
- Deliver consistent, compliant messaging to physicians and care teams through professional engagements
- Develop and manage a comprehensive territory business plan focused on customer needs and sales performance
- Analyze sales data weekly to refine outreach strategies and optimize physician targeting
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and timely reporting in company systems
- Monitor and report adverse events in accordance with safety protocols
- Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, including PhRMA and OIG guidelines
- Prepare and manage budgets for customer-facing activities, including local educational events
- Communicate market insights and emerging opportunities to regional and marketing leadership
- Submit expenses and administrative records accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
Candidates must reside in the Cleveland, OH area and bring a strong foundation in hematology therapeutics, including in-depth knowledge of relevant disease states and competitive landscape. Proven ability to develop data-driven business plans, interpret sales metrics, and maintain rigorous compliance standards is essential. Experience in pharmaceutical sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly preferred.
